You will relax fully clothed, either lying down or sitting comfortably. The Reiki practitioner’s hands will be placed lightly on or just above you, starting with your head, torso, legs, and finally feet. Soft music will be playing if you wish. Most people become very relaxed during a Reiki session, perhaps even sleeping. After the Reiki session there will be time for additional questions or conversation.
